Company Profile:
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company. Our highly respected client is seeking for a lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in the food or nutrition industry for the job of Legal Counsel. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The Legal Counsel will be focused on reviewing and implanting all legal documentation, both local and international, to fully comply with the law and provide legal advice.
Job Responsibilities:
• Taking responsibilities for drafting, reviewing contracts with vendors, product/marketing materials
• Handling all legal matter to mitigate legal risk and administrative activities, update of new local regulations related to company's business
• Direct engagement with Regional legal executives, working relationship with managers and GM
• Implementing internal training seminars/workshops (local regulations, Ethics and other relevant matters)
• Other ad hoc that related to legal matter under BOD’s orders.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University Degree, majoring in Law is preferred
• At least 3 year working experience in Legal for Food or Nutritional industry
• Fluent in English, strong knowledge of Legal English is preferred
• Microsoft Office competency
• Diligent, honest, hardworking, responsible
• Negotiation and Communication skills, Able to work under pressure
• Strong presentation skill
